The Rieter Morando roof tile presses are considered the market references for the production of high quality tiles. The DR6 press is available in the sizes 850 – 1150 – 1600 – 2000 – 2400 both in mechanical and hydraulic versions, hosting up to 5 moulds, reaching up to 24 strokes per minute and able to withstand a pressing force as high as 400 tons. The DTP accessory press can reach up to 200 tons in pressing force and 130 mm as maximum pressing stroke; thanks to the use of servo drives instead of hydraulic axis for the movements, it represents an energy efficient solution for the production of accessory tiles.
