Using the DR6 generation presses, with available drum widths of 2000–2400 mm, it is now possible to place molds for tiles with sizes up to 5 pieces per m2.

The new generation of roof tile presses Rieter Morando can unite the skills around the shared ambition of covering all demands of roof tile production.
It is also possible to place up to five molds for traditional size roof tiles on the drum. By using the most modern engineering methods, the DR6-2000-2400 presses provide
400 tons pressing force through a special eccentric shaft.
To satisfy any particular production need, the machines can be equipped with several options:
- hydraulic lifting device with variable working strokes and depositing heights;
- suction head moving system driven pneumatically, hydraulically, or by servo-motor;
- press off-set system to give individual positioning for each roof tile model.
