BXF - Box Feeder
Box feeders are used for processing of raw materials which have come from the pit as well as prepared mixtures and additives such as sand, sawdust, ashes, paper factory waste, and so on; The main functions are: feeding, dosing, intermediate storage, final storage; the secondary functions: mixing, preliminary crushing of friable lumps, pre-moistening.
- Control of speed and output by a frequency converter (not included in the supply / included in the electric cabinet).
- Conveyor motorization provided to be used through frequency converter, with servo-ventilation and temperature probe.
- Steel feeding belt, 6 mm thick.
- Central sliding rollers and steel conveyor supports.
- Automatic lubrication system.
- Standard scrapers precharged by elastic rubber elements.
- Longitudinal supporting beam on both sides of the machine.
- Plastic anti-sticking lining on trough.
