MUN Extruder Mun

The full range covers the most varied shaping needs from wet up to semi-stiff

eng_mun_s.jpg

The extrusion units are available with auger-set diameters variable from 400 to 770 mm. They are mostly recognized for the multiple-exit shaping of partition-blocks, thermo-blocks, facing bricks, and ceiling blocks with a throughput capacity from 20 to 120 tons/h. The technology used guarantees high steadiness, mechanical resistance, long-life performance, easy access, and assembly: all elements that turn into the possibility of reaching high extrusion pressures. The continuous evolution lead to a geometrical feature of augers allowing the optimization of the ratio production/energy consumption.
