The seniority of the management, the energy and innovation
of the juniors, the common participation and determination

THE TEAM
The staff is for sure the most relevant strength of Rieter Morando. The team of Asti and Konstanz is
composed of roughly 100 people, among which over 20 between technicians and engineers. Their daily
commitment is our strength to inspire and to achieve the future targets.
