MORANDO-RIETER develops innovating solutions in its range of crushing machines
The key-role of Morando-Rieter.
In an industry undergoing profound worldwide change, MORANDO-RIETER plays a key-role in designing and marketing cutting-edge clay preparation & shaping solutions.
Its continuous improvement vision has been recently resulting in the evolution of its range of crushing machines.
The new MORANDO-RIETER roller crushers are now equipped with a state-of-the-art hydraulic aggregate, specifically developed in cooperation with the partner Bosch Rexroth to drive the on-board installed Hagglunds hydraulic motors, whose blown reliability is demonstrated by dozens of installations all over the world.
Oversized variable displacement pumps and proportional valves guarantee the highest level of technology on the market.
All integrated in a new electronic control called “SPIDER”.
Thanks to this control, all the technological functions (i.e. pressures and speed settings as well as process signals like oil levels and temperatures) are constantly checked and interfaced with the MORANDO-RIETER PLC for monitoring and command of the preparation line.
Unencrypted messages are available on the two local displays (and remotely on the MORANDO-RIETER HMIs) for simple diagnostics and to minimize maintenance times.
The “remote-local” commands passage is carried out with a simple touch and allows a comfortable maintenance of the machine.
An extremely rational and “clean” assembly of the various hydraulic components (pumps, solenoid valves, sensors, etc.) inside the aggregate guarantees reliability and simplicity of maintenance.
When the pressure threshold, which can be set by HMI, is exceeded, the feeding line is stopped and the roller rotation is temporarily inverted; in case of three consecutive inversions, the line is stopped and the operator is invited to perform the expulsion operation of the foreign body contained within the raw material.
The automatic gate system, controlled by electro-cylinders, allows the operator to expel such hard stones with a simple command from the relative local HMI.
The gates are unlocked and opened; the rollers are driven in the same rotation direction to favor the falling of the foreign body into the dedicated chute. Once the maneuver is finished, with a second command, the original working condition is restored and the line restarted.
Easily insert able shims allow a simple and quick adjustment of the distance between the rollers.
Teeth with specific anti-wear treatment guarantee long life and easy replacement.
As leader in the development and construction of clay preparation and shaping machines, as well as in after-sales services, MORANDO-RIETER aims at demonstrating its competence and innovation capacities, today resulting in its new hydraulic roller crushers.
